UOI: Today the students learned about the Physical Regions of Canada. We learned that there are 7 regions and that more than one province and/or territory makes up a physical regions. We focussed on The Cordillera and the Interior Plains today. Students broke into 2 different groups and were instructed to become "experts" on the region that they were given. They were to use the information package that I gave them as well as their own research. Tomorrow they will present their findings to each other.
